Description

These detached luxury villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.

You have a living room with floor heating and an open kitchen furnished with appliances. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, with a total of five single box-spring beds, some of which may be set up as double beds. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. The bathroom with a traditional sauna is also located on the first floor. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.

Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

Het huis was mooi en ruim, een grote woonkamer met met een goede keuken en 2 ruime slaapkamers. Verder was het, met name beneden, erg snel warm. Na een paar dagen was onze conclusie dat het voldoende was om de verwarming ‘s ochtends een paar uurtjes aan te doen en daarna helemaal uit, dan was het de rest van de dag comfortabel. Het park zelf is nieuw en mooi ruim opgezet. Zwembad is niet veel bijzonders, onze kinderen van 4 en 6 vermaakten zich er overigens prima. De omgeving is prachtig en er is genoeg te doen.

Das Ferienressort ist eine große Aneinanderreihung von ähnlich aussehenden Häusern, erinnert an eine kleine durchgeplante Stadt. Die Häuser sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings war in unserem Haus die Fußbodenheizung teilweise defekt und erst nach 5 Terminen mit der Haustechnik und einer externen Firma wurde uns ein neues Haus angeboten. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Kundenservice gewünscht und ein schnelleres Entgegenkommen. Außerdem ist in den Häusern wirklich nichts außer der angegebenen Grundausstattung vorhanden, also wirklich alles muss mitgebracht werden oder in eher teuren Paketen gekauft werden, angefangen bei Klopapier und Kaffeefiltern. Unser Fazit: zweckmäßig für eine Woche, uns allerdings etwas zu unpersönlich und etwas zu wenig kundenorientiert.

Prachtig en schoon alleen de TV op de slaapkamer ontbrak, maar dat gaf voor ons niet. De omgeving was leuk. Het zwembad van het verblijf was niet echt wat en was de tweede keer dat weer gingen ook kapot, er kregen op vraag vrijkaarten voor het zwembad in cochem wat erg geslaagd was.
