This home is 500 m from the forest. The restaurants are only 100 m if you wish to dine out with your loved ones. The supermarkets are only 500 m away. The tennis court and horse riding are 10 km away whereas the golf course and water sports are 30 km from the home. Ski lift is a short drive away.



A private terrace or garden can be accessed by the guests to have a sunny barbecue party. High chair is provided to the kids. Central heating and wood stove are in place for your comfortable stay. A recreation room with table football facility is also accessible for you to enjoy to the fullest. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property, communicated in advance.

Der Aufenthalt in Heinsberg/Kirchundem hat allen von der Truppe des Junggesellinenabschieds gefallen. Das Haus ist groß, die Küche super ausgestattet und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Für eine große Gruppe ab 16 Leuten perfekt.

Umgebung ruhig Aber mit ein paar Minuten fahrt hat man alles was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war total urig und gemütlich. Wir waren total begeistert und es war einfach toll. Leider hat es geregnet aber durch den Platz im Haus haben wir uns gut beschäftigen können. Der Vermieter war super super nett und sehr entgegenkommend. Wirklich total unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Danke für alles :)

Prima geregeld bellen naar de eigenaar en binnen 5 minuten was hij daar met de sleutel. Kleine uitleg over het huis en waar alles te vinden was.

Toen we aankwamen was de eigenaar de sneeuw al aan het ruimen. Toen hij zag dat we kleine kinderen bij ons hadden maar geen slee reed hij naar huis om 5 sleeën te halen! De accommodatie was super sfeervol, een echte oude boerderij. Alles was super verzorgd en schoon! En je loopt zo de accommodatie uit en de heuvels van de Rothaarsteig in. Wij komen zeker terug ?
