The SpreeLagune, which is located south of the castle island, offers you pure bathing pleasure. Lübben is a romantic small town in the middle of the Spreewald. Numerous shops and restaurants with local specialties and other leisure activities in a unique natural landscape ensure relaxation, enjoyment and variety. Nevertheless, Lübben is far away from mass tourism.

Activities nearby : Of course you must have taken a barge through the canals of the Spree in the Spreewald. But you can also explore them yourself with a canoe. However, the palace island with its restaurants, the Gurken-Paule bistro and the boat harbor is also worth seeing, or you can enjoy a swim in the Spree lagoon on hot days. A visit to the castle is also a must. And in the evening, the sidewalks are far from being folded up. At night, the city offers a hike with the Lübben night watchman or a night trip on a barge. And when the sky opens its floodgates, Tropical Island is only 20 km away.
