In the basement of the apartment house there is a communal swimming pool (free of charge) and a shared sauna for a fee. The key is in the apartment. Winterberg is a small town in the Rothaargebirge in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and belongs to the Hochsauerlandkreis district. Winterberg is internationally known as the venue for world cup races in bobsleigh and luge and as a winter sports resort. But summer also has a lot to offer around Winterberg, e.g. the golf course and many great hiking opportunities. Highlights included: WLAN, all consumption-based energy costs, parking lot, activities nearby: whether hiking, Nordic walking, speed hiking, climbing, mountain biking or cycling , golf or tennis, inline skating or squash.
