Modern and high-quality holiday home in Scandinavian design with rowing boat, sauna, WiFi and fireplace, in a great location directly on Lake Dümmer. The small holiday home area is idyllically located in a nature reserve in the West Mecklenburg hills and lake landscape, about 18 km from the state capital Schwerin. The seven-kilometer-long lake is a great area for anglers and, thanks to its good water quality and sandy beach, also a wonderful swimming lake - even for the very youngest guests.
In the state capital Schwerin you can get a taste of city life and discover lots of interesting things and sights. The castle and castle gardens, Schwerin Cathedral or the Schwerin State Theater are absolutely worthwhile destinations.

Activities nearby: The region around Lake Dümmer is not only a wonderful recreational area but is also the perfect starting point for trips to Schwerin, Wismar or Ludwigslust. Swimming on the shallow, child-friendly beach and from the jetty is possible on Lake Dümmer, as well as boat and fishing trips with a rowing boat. However, the best way to explore the beautiful surroundings is by hiking, cycling or inline skating. A first-class cycle path almost 15 km long leads directly from Dümmer to Wittenburg, where there is also an adventure park with a climbing garden, year-round indoor ski hall, quad and go-kart track. The state capital Schwerin with its magnificent castle complex is also definitely worth a visit.
