Cozy and tastefully furnished apartments with wifi on a joint site with a large courtyard and lots of seating in the picturesque island town of Malchow. Both apartments, located on the ground floor, have a barbecue and a terrace. The Malchower See is 290 meters away, in a kilometer you can reach a grassy beach with an idyllic swimming area. There are plenty of water sports in the lake landscape around Malchow. In consultation with the landlord you can reserve a rowing boat on site. These are, depending on the availability, at the water of the club, about five kilometers away. Holiday in dreamy and air career recognized by the state. Malchow is also called the island city, because the oldest part of the city lies on an island in the middle of the lake, which is connected to the mainland by a swing bridge. Nowadays the bridge is not only a technical monument, but the city center, jetty for passenger ships and a tourist attraction with a lot of gastronomy and lots of flair.

There is also much to discover in the winter, the ice rink is a popular destination for hockey fans and skaters. And if you don't want to miss the winter feeling in the summer, you can simply visit the summer toboggan run or the monkey park. Of course, cultural aspects should not be neglected, so the organ museum with its numerous concerts in the monastery church of the Malchow monastery is popular with everyone. A visit to the DDR Museum, which is located in a former cinema, or a trip to the Swing Bridge of Malchow is a nice addition. There comes together the diversity of the island city, because culture, water activities and recreation come together in a popular place

Tips Owner

You can get fishing licences for the association's water (19ha), the Krebssee, from the landlord. The Krebssee is just under 2.6 km from the holiday flat and has a very rich fish stock! Pike, perch, pike-perch, catfish and eel are just as good to catch as all the peaceful fish species around carp, roach and gudgeon. The landlord also rents out fishing boats for this club water (subject to availability).
