Description

Cozy apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building - right on the sewer! The apartment has a 400 square meter garden plot. The cozy terrace with wooden furniture allows you to spend relaxing hours with a view of the sewer. In the spacious living room with the well-equipped kitchenette and the cozy dining area you can spend a good time with the family even when the weather is bad. From the small fishing village of Fedderwardersiel, traditional cutters still sail out onto the North Sea to catch shrimp. When they return to the Sielhafen after a successful catch, you can buy the crabs fresh, a treat that you shouldn't miss out on. The MS "WEGA II" also sails regularly to one of the largest seal banks on the coast and you can watch the life of the seals from the ship. Every now and then the Wega II lets itself fall dry in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park and the captain takes his passengers for a walk across the mud flats.

Activities in the area: When the weather is nice, a trip to the North Sea lagoon in Burhave is a good idea. But even when the temperature is low, there are many ways to spend your free time: Explore the numerous cycling and walking paths or visit the popular play barn in Burhave with your little ones. From the small harbor in Fedderwardersiel, fishing trips with fishing cutters are offered. Mobility: Not suitable for people with restricted mobility.

Der Preis außerhalb der Saison wäre berechtigt, Wohnung ist großzügig und die Einrichtung funktional, Leider schon alt und abgewohnt, Die Therme ist nervig laut, Da die Wohnung vermutlich wenig benutzt wird,hat es gedauert bis es wirklich warm wurde, Schränke und Räume rochen leicht muffig, Z,T, kaputtes Inventar (Schublade TV-Schrank)

Insgesamt dürften die Wohnzimmermöbel dringend ausgetauscht werden, Sie waren an einigen Stellen sogar kaputt, Und auch nicht sehr bequem, Die Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber, Wir hätten gern auf den Schimmel im Bad,besonders in der Dusche verzichtet, Auch im Wohnbereich sollte man nicht in die Ecken schauen, Besonders hinter -und unter einigen Möbelstücken, Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, Die Terrasse hätte man fegen können vorher und die angrenzenden Beete und Sträucher mal schneiden, Während unseren Aufenthaltes hat man aber den Rasen geschnitten, Das war super! Vielleicht noch eine kleine Anregung: die Auflagen für Draußen sollte man austauschen,

Im Prospekt hieß es Grasstrand in 100m - der ist nicht da! Es gab nur eine gebührenpflichtige Liegewiese, Der Strand war 3 km entfernt, Wir waren sehr enttäuscht! In der Dusche im Bad gab es Schimmel und es war insgesamt nicht richtig sauber, Warmes Wasser war abends knapp, Die Terrasse war ebenfalls nicht sauber,
