Da wir mit einem Baby/Kleinkind und Hund Urlaub machten, gab es einige Sachen die sich schwierig gestalten ließen. Ich hätte mir ein Treppengitter gewünscht, da es sich um eine offene Treppe handelte. Auch die offene Küche war für uns ein großer Unfallschwerpunkt. Die kleinen Fingerchen hat sich unser laufenlernender Nachwuchs regelmäßig eingeklemmt. Zum Glück nicht zu doll. Auch das die Nachbarn uns beobachten können und es bis an unsere Terrassentür geschafft haben, war auch nicht so schön. Erst unser aus Angst bellender Hund, konnte sie zum Rückzug veranlassen. Es gibt keine Abgrenzung zum Nachbarhaus. Demzufolge konnten wir unseren Hund auch nie alleine mal rauslassen. Zum Glück haben wir einen braven Hund. Die ganze Abwicklung mit Belvilla war auch etwas undurchsichtig. Ich wusste z.B. nicht, dass TUI mein Reiseveranstalter ist und telefonisch bekommt man auch nur unbefriedigende Antworten. Kinder (Babys) kann man Online nicht angeben und werden automatisch als Erwachsene gezählt. Das konnte ich aber im Nachhinein noch korrigieren. Babys brauchen keine Kurtaxe bezahlen! Obwohl man an den Möbeln und der Einrichtung schon ein gewisses Zeitalter erkennen kann, war alles sehr sauber. Kein Schimmel in der Dusche oder anderswo. Der Außenbereich war Ok. Außer wenn die Nachbarn neugierige Kinder haben, dann ist's vorbei mit der Romantik. Partys kann man da nicht machen. Nachst ist es herrlich ruhig. Zingst ist ein schöner Ort und scheint nur aus Ferienhäusern bzw. Wohnungen zu bestehen. Mit Kind und Kegel zum Hundestrand war auch wieder so eine kleine Herausforderung. Der große Radweg ist sehr hoch gebaut wurden. Was für ein schlechter Mensch hat das geplant und umgesetzt. Ich bin froh, dass ich kein Rollstuhlfahrer bin. Mit Kinderwagen ist es schon schwierig genug. Also wenn man ohne den oben genannten aufgeführten Problemen zu tun hat. Ist dieses Ferienhaus eindeutig zu empfehlen. Mit Baby/Kleinkind, Hund und Rollstuhlfahrer eher nicht. Man muss ständig Aufpassen, dass nichts schlimmes passiert. Das ist dann auch kein Urlaub mehr. Fakt ist, da Zingst zwischen Rostock und Stralsund liegt, hat man viele Möglichkeiten was zu erleben. Ich war froh, dass ich noch kurzfristig dieses nette Ferienhaus bekommen habe und sehe das alles mit einem Augenzwinkern. Unser Urlaub war dennoch toll und leider zu kurz. Ich wünsche noch allen nachfolgenden Reisegästen einen schönen Urlaub und hoffe, dass ich etwas Licht ins Dunkle bringen konnte.
