Description:
Luxuriously furnished, 2-storey, Danish wooden holiday home located in the first row to the water in Wackerballig with panoramic views of the water. The modern furniture and the bright, wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings give the house a bright and friendly atmosphere. On the unique terrace on the 1st floor, the so-called loggia, you can extend the beautiful summer evening. From here you have a beautiful view of Geltinger Bay and the beautiful nature. In the living room you can sit in front of the warming wood stove or the satellite TV, read a good book or watch an exciting DVD movie. From the living room you also have a magnificent sea view to the Baltic Sea just on the other side of the beach road. The well-equipped, open kitchen is nicely decorated with a lovely granite cooking island. The three bedrooms have a total space for six people and for the children there is a high chair and cot. After a long day in the fresh air, you can relax and pamper yourself with an underwater massage in the hot tub or a sweat in the house's sauna. From the living room there is access to the terrace with panoramic views of the beach. Here you can enjoy the view while sunbathing or having a nice barbecue evening with friends and family. In the area there are many sights, such as. the water castle in Glücksburg, the museum harbor and the science center Phänomenta in Flensburg. A good experience for both children and adults. The nature area Geltinger Birk is the perfect place for long walks, just as there are good cycling routes in the area around Wackerballig. Gas is settled per. cubic meters.

Achtung, Die Nebenkosten waren am Ende sehr hoch (ca, 15% Plus zu den Mietkosten) obwohl wir mit Heizen, Wasser- und Stromverbrauch sehr sparsam waren, / Die Veranschlagung für die Nebenkosten überstieg die üblichen allgemeinen Kosten z,B, beim Wasser um ca, 50%, / Die Stromkosten waren nicht nachzuvollziehen, weil der analoge Stromzähler wegen der PV-Anlage auf dem Dach rückwärts
