This comfortable quality house in Danish building style from 2008 is located in the Water and Land Park Otterndorf. The house is located in the 2nd row and is well equipped with i.a. modern furniture and wood-paneled walls, which ensure a bright indoor climate. The smallest guests have also been considered and there is both a high chair and a cot available and table football for the slightly older children. On cool days or after a long walk in nature, you can warm up in the house's sauna and relax in the heat. In addition, you can sit in front of the TV with satellite receiver and enjoy the heat from the stove. There are fly nets in front of the windows in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. An sich ist das Haus wunderbar ausgestattet mit Sauna, Garten mit Terasse, Strandkorb, Sandkasten, Schaukel, Begrenzung und Sichtschutz durch Pflanzen, aber nahezu alle Dinge müssten dringend erneuert werden, da defekt oder morsch, Das Gerüst der Schaukel ist wackelig und morsch, das Seil beim Schaukeln sogar gerissen, mehrere Gartenstühle hatten Risse auf der Sitzfläche, so dass man sich geklemmt hat, ein Holzstuhl ist komplett zusammengebrochen, die Zeitschaltuhr der Sauna war defekt, wichtige Küchenutensilien fehlen oder müssten mal erneuert werden, Anstelle von zwei Eierschneidern, die heutzutage wohl niemand mehr verwendet, wären eine große Salatschüssel, ein Nudelsieb und ein Stabmixer sinnvoll, der Außengriff an der Balkontür ist abgebrochen, ebenso der Griff am Gefrierfach, das sich nicht mehr schließen lässt, Viele dieser Mängel wurden von einer Dan-Center-Mitarbeiterin, wie sie sagte, schon vor einiger Zeit aufgenommen und weitergeben, aber es ist offensichtlich nichts für die Behebung derselben getan worden, Für diesen Zustand des Hauses ist der Preis zu hoch,
