From both the living room and the main bedroom you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the small harbor, which is naturally protected behind the headland Bottsand. With the apartment's binoculars you can follow life at sea & # 8211; among other things, the lively ship traffic to and from the Kiel Canal, which surpasses even the busy Suez Canal. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the space is well utilized, so that the apartment in addition to three bedrooms and bathroom with whirlpool and sauna has a 45 m & # 178; large combined kitchen-living area. This allows you to enjoy the view, even when cooking. The local area gives you good opportunities for both walks in the harbor area and beach trips to the lovely sandy beach, which is in immediate connection with the marina area. On the nearby isthmus, there is also a magnificent sandy beach. Here you can also choose between a textile beach and a nudist beach. In the evening, harbor life can be enjoyed on the beach and harbor promenade, from the terrace or balcony - or you can follow from the living room & # 8221; floating chairs & # 8221; in the glow of the candles and the cozy bio fireplace. The apartment naturally includes modern facilities such as flat screen TV with DVD player, music system with CD player, internet and dishwasher. The building is equipped with an elevator, so you and your luggage get up and down quickly and effortlessly if you do not live on the ground floor. Date of stay: May 2023Es ist laut, wenn im Hafen gekrant wird, / Der Baustellenlärm wird sich vermutlich noch einige Zeit hinziehen!! / Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng bemessen, es wäre evtl, hilfreich, wenn es Markierungen für die einzelnen Stellplätze gäbe, / Wenn die Nachbarn aus den Häusern nebenan oder im Haus sich nicht an die Hausordnung, Ruhezeiten ect, halten ist es sehr störend!!!!!
