This well-furnished Skanlux holiday cottage offers absolutely all the leisure and recreational activities that your heart may desire. The house is also suited for birthday parties, weddings and business events. And if you travel more 24 people you can rent one of the neighbouring houses that are also spacious and well-dimensioned with many bedrooms. The house has an impressive swimming pool room which is provided with a swimming pool with a counter-current system and water slide, a sauna, a bathroom and a large whirlpool seating 4-6 people. In the activity room you can relax at the bar while others play billiards at the pool table. You can also watch a film or challenge each other at table tennis, darts and table football while others try the various electronic games on the PlayStation4. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 distinct bedroom sections. Each section has its own bathroom and there is also a bathroom at the pool room. The living room/dining room is tastefully furnished with stereo set with CD player, flat screen TV, sofa section and wood-burning stove. The large kitchen has 2 ceramic cookers, 2 separate ovens, 2 fridges, 2 coffee makers and 2 dish washers. There are 9 bedrooms and 2 very spacious mezzanines, all with box springs. Outside you will find sandpit, swings and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Large, open terrace for sunbathing as well as a covered with grill for a cosy evening with barbecue. The house is part of a series with identical houses and the furnishings may therefore vary. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
