Not far away begins the Schlei, that breathtaking arm of the sea that stretches with its small towns on the shore to the Baltic Sea. The region is ideal for undertaking varied tours every day. The beaches of the Baltic Sea and the Wadden Sea of the North Sea are each only about 30 km away. From here you can even reach and explore the neighboring country of Denmark.
