This Scandinavian-style holiday home in the beautiful Holiday Vital Resort in Großenbrode is perfect for multiple generations, thanks to its thoughtful layout and furnishings. The spacious master bedroom is located next to a large bathroom equipped with a whirlpool, sauna, and shower. Two smaller bedrooms are on the opposite side, close to a smaller bathroom with a shower. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The open-plan dining room and living room are connected to a partially covered terrace, providing access to outdoor space. Located in a family-friendly resort, this holiday home is near various recreational facilities. The Holiday Vital Resort offers five electric vehicle charging stations, including two Superchargers for Tesla and other brands, located at the reception parking area. Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, including access to a sports field for football, tennis, and basketball, as well as a free indoor sports hall for badminton and other ball sports. A supermarket is conveniently located near the service office, where guests can find everything they need during their stay. The resort's proximity to the coastline, with distances between 500 and 800 meters, allows guests to easily enjoy the beach. The holiday home comes from a series of identical houses, built between 2012 and 2022, with continuous renovations.
