The spacious south-west facing balcony invites you to linger with its garden furniture (available from April 1st to October 30th) and a parasol. The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms with double beds. The lower bedroom has a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, while the upper bedroom has a bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. Both bedrooms are bright and friendly and the upper bedroom is also equipped with a TV. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with 4 plates, an extractor hood, an oven, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bar stool table can accommodate up to 4 people to eat together and sit comfortably together. Outside you will find a bicycle rack and an underground parking space (No. 14) with an entrance height of 1.90 m. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee.
