This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is located in a well-maintained house in the former municipality Saxon Kirnitzschtal. This is the perfect stay for a small family and a group of friend, and accommodates 4 persons. From there, make yourself relax in the beautiful shared garden or enjoy a delicious meal in the barbeque.

Here, cyclists will find lots of cycle routes with different levels of difficulty. You can also go canoeing or take a boat cruise on the river Elbe. The town centre is 500 m, supermarkets and restaurants are 600 m and public transport are 800 m away. The motorway is 30 km away from the house.

On the first floor is a spacious hall, a living and dining area with open kitchen, furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The kids can explore the play area with slide, swing and trampoline, and the play barn with a table tennis table.

The house is equipped with central heating system and offers stylish garden furniture with deckchairs and parasols as well as a cot and high chair for children. Parking is also available here.

Gute Lage. Unglaublich schöne Gegend. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sowohl das Anwesen als auch die Ferienwohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt/eingerichtet. Tolle Betten. Wenn man für länger bleiben möchte, dann wäre eine Spülmaschine in der Wohnküche ideal, kann aber verstehen, dass es aus Platzgründen nicht machbar ist. Evtl. verfügen andere Wohnungen auf dem Anwesen über eine Spülmaschine (?). Insgesamt hatten wir hier einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

We stayed for 5 nights at Fereindomizil and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was plenty spacious for us, and looked out on a pretty landscape including a pond. It was slightly challenging at first getting to the apartment (the road was closed at the main entrance so had to come round + fairly steep upward path), but we got used to it after a day or so. The landlord, Ines, is a very charming and helpful host and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommended.

Da wir sehr naturverbunden sind, hat es uns hier auf Anhieb gut gefallen. Die Umgebung um das kleine Ferienhaus mit 3 Ferienwohnungen ist so idyllisch, vorausgesetzt man ist romantisch veranlagt und hat gern seine Ruhe. Mehrere Natur-Teiche säumen ein uneingezäuntes Grundst࿌k, wo man auf dem einen Teich mit Gummibooten den Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Hier muss man auf keinen Stra෾n-Verkehr achten, sodass die Kinder auch gern mal ohne, dass man immer hinterher sein muss, spielen lassen kann auf dem kleinen liebevoll angelegten Spielplatz, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Bei der Anreise hatten wir leichte Schwierigkeiten, die Ferienwohnung zu finden, da das Haus sehr versteckt liegt. Ausflugsziele wie die Bastei (Rathen), die Festung Königstein, ein Dinopark und andere Freizeitangebote waren mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, also waren wir mit der Lage auch sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung selbst war ausreichend eingerichtet, wobei man am Kochtopf keine gro෾n Sprünge machen kann, aber das ist ja im Urlaub nebens์hlich. Die Räume sind schön hell und liebevoll dekoriert dadurch auch sehr gemütlich. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. Ich denke wir werden wieder einmal hier her finden.
