The location of the house is good and quiet. Apartment size is good. The area is rich in nature. On the other hand I think the house needs maintenance especially the kitchen and needs more tools and utensils. The garden grass needs to be cut and a small slide and swing for kids would be a great addition. Wifi is not free.
