The space ✦ This lovely one-bedroom loft is thoughtfully designed to provide a home away from home experience with modern amenities. ✦ Located on the 3rd floor, it requires 30 steps due to the absence of a lift on the property. ✦ Enjoy a bright and airy apartment loft with a very comfortable king-sized bed and a beautiful balcony offering great city views. ✦ The living space is a tastefully decorated lounge room with 4k UHD TVs in the main lounge and complimentary WiFi. ✦ The fully fitted kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals before exploring the city. A private bathroom includes a shower over the bath, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Note: The apartment in the picture might not be the one you stay in. Guest access ✦ Check-in: We have convenient lockboxes on-site for your key collection. You will receive a key code shortly before your check-in time for a seamless arrival. The lockboxes are easily accessible and will provide you with access to the property. ✦ Check-out: When it's time to check out, please return the keys to the same on-site lockboxes for a hassle-free departure. ✦ Please note that the property is near a tram stop, so there may be some noise during your stay. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
