Prachtige unieke rustige plek met mooi uitzicht. Heel grote tuin met bomen en voldoende ruimte om zon en schaduwplekken te vinden. Echter grote houten vlonder onder jacuzzi was niet toegankelijk en maakte rommelige indruk van achterstallig onderhoud (kapot, deels afgebroken). Moet wel rekening houden met kwartier rijden via erg bochtige weg naar Cesena.
