The apartment was basic, clean, and perfectly adequate for people who plan to spend most of the time outside. We had the 'worst' (corner) balcony on our floor, but the view was great anyway. The couple that are responsible for the building are lovely and very helpful. We had a rental car and made several day trips to near by cities (Como, Lugano, Bellanzano) and to four fantastic hikes.
