This spacious 1-bedroom farmhouse is in Giano dell' Umbria. It is ideal for small groups of friends or a small family and can accommodate 3 guests. It has a shared swimming pool and a private bubble bath to unwind and relax after a hectic day.

The restaurants and grocery stores are 7 km from the farmhouse. The town center is also 7 km away if you wish to explore the local culture and catch a glimpse of the streetscape. The public indoor swimming pool lies 7 km away.

A living room with satellite TV and a fireplace is in place for you to enjoy some good time together. You can prepare meals of choice in the open kitchen. Central heating and free WiFi are available for your convenience. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed on the property.

You can check-in to the home between 3-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 8-10 AM.

Go to Cantina Bartolini Giano dell'Umbria for fine quality wines, including Sagrantino and Rosso di Montefalco. Catino Bartolini has the same owner as the holiday home. Giano dell'Umbria is located in the Umbrian countryside outside the popular and well-known routes. Go look at the castle, the church of San Michele and San Francesco and the Abbey of San Felice from the twelfth century. The town has a quaint medieval center, a city wall and remains from the Roman and medieval times. Giano dell'Umbria lies at the foot of the Monti Martani in a hilly landscap with (walking) trails. Make trips to Spoleto, Montefalco, Assisi, Orvieto and Todi. The Marmore waterfalls are spectacular to see.

De accommodatie was onvindbaar. Van ontvangst was geen sprake. Eigenaresse niet aanwezig. Accommodatie bedompt, muf en donker. Appartement en meubels zien er verwaarloosd uit. Vies en of ontbrekend keukengerei. Zwembad niet in gebruik, terwijl dat wel in de beschrijving staat vermeld. Moriano is af te raden.

Vlg keer graag betere coordinaten aangeven die kloppen, anders vind je deze plek echt niet, die van jullie zat er een km of 7 naast, jammer. En de interieur foto's zijn van het grootste app, misschien handig dat je er bij zet dat de 2 persoons app er wat anders kunnen uitzien, dan op de foto qua indeling en meubels, eerlijkheid duurd het langst.

Die Innenausstattung war äußerst dürftig! Die Bilder des Angebotes passten nicht zur Realität. Der Pool war noch abgedeckt. Die Vermieterin war allerdings sehr freundlich!
