Het appartement heeft een goed comfortniveau. Prima locatie voor uitstapjes rond het Lago Maggiore.

Op zich een mooi complex, heel mooi zwembad en mooi meerzicht. Minpunten : geen badkamer op de verdieping, vrij veel straatlawaai wegens nabijheid van een drukke baan. Veel storender was het feit dat er tijdens ons verblijf (laatste week van juli, hoogseizoen) volop werkzaamheden en luidruchtige verbouwingen plaatsvonden; geen rust gevonden...

Direkt am See, familiär durch wenig Wohneinheiten Lage an der Straße. Starker Verkehr, dadurch sehr laut. Man benötigt immer ein Auto, selbst zum Brötchen holen.
