Nestled in the mountains of Bellamonte, over 1000m above sea level, is this mountain cottage in Trentino-South Tyrol.
The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for a family or group of 6 and lies very close to the snow-clad mountains and ski lift. The property features a sauna and a Turkish bath for warmth at this height. The interiors are nice done with wooden work as prevalent in the region and makes it a perfect home.
The bedrooms are furnished with double bed and a bathroom with shower in each of the two levels. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You also get a private garden with seating and barbecue to enjoy a lively evening with your family.
The cottage lies an hour drive away from Bolzano International Airport, along the gorgeous mountains.

Tips Owner
The village of Bella Monte is located at 1400 meters above sea level, 6 km from the town Predazzo. The landscape is characterized by lawns and woods. Bella Monte is an ideal base for walks. There are many forest roads and trails for mountain bike tours and Nordic walking. From the nearby town Castelir the ski lifts of Lusia begin.

Date of stay: June 2022 - July 20223792.00 eu to stay for two weeks. Cottage advertised with private garden and sauna. Reality is the cottage is shared with three other families. You also share the private garden with six other people who sit less than 3 metres from you. The neigbours front door is within a metre of yours. The sauna is only available at specified times. When I tried to contact Bellvilla on the chat the it took 2.5 hours to eventually be told the office is closed and to ring tomorrow. The website is a lie, and of course you are unable to view the owners website until after you have committed to paying a 1000..00 eu deposit to Bellvilla. The owners website is completely accurate and explains that the building is shared with two other units. Of course Bellvilla give you no indication of this until after they have taken your money. What a total rip off. Total sharks. No interest in customers only in taking your money. Utterly disgusted. AVPOID AVOID AVOID

Date of stay: September 2020 - October 2020Tolle Unterkunft, sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Wandermöglichkeit direkt vom Haus aus. Saisonbedingt war jedoch im Ort kein Restaurant geöffnet und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 2000 und nicht 200m entfernt.

Date of stay: May 2018 - June 2018Tolles Haus (baita Berghütte) und komfortable Wohnung in sehr schöner und idyllischer Umgebung, mit herrlicher Sicht auf die beiden Bergketten. Den hübsch angelegten Garten und den Wellness- Bereich haben wir täglich sehr gerne genutzt. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut - hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Da das Haus von der Straße etwas weiter entfernt liegt, in einer Sackgasse, konnten wir unseren Hund auch frei auf dem Grundstück laufen lassen. (Grundstück ist jedoch nicht eingezäunt) Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war etwas spärlich. Kaffeemaschine,Toaster und eine Pfanne haben wir vermisst. Auch das Geschirr und Besteck war nicht üppig, sodass die Geschirrspülmaschine täglich lief. Von der baita aus können viele Wanderungen unternommen werden. Zudem gibt es im Ort Bellamonte die beste Pizza die wir je gegessen haben. Wir kehren sicherlich wieder zurück.
