Date of stay: July 2021Wir haben schon telefoniert. Die schluesseluebergabe hat nicht funktioniert. Kontaktdaten waren falsch. Mussten uns eine sndere Unterkunft suchen. Die Belvilla Hotline war am Samstag ueberlastet,konnten niemanden erreichen. Wir erwarten Ruecherstattung der Miete.
