It is possible to use the barbecues in the common areas of the garden or the small playground. At only approx. 2 km away is the historic center of Manerba del Garda. For golf lovers, only approx. 500 m away is the "Garda Golf" with 27 holes. The residence is ideal for enjoying a holiday near Lake Garda and the golf courses. The shops are 1 km away, if you want to buy a few essentials. You can also go to eat out at the restaurants 2 km away. The lake is 3 km away, where you can go to enjoy picnics. This three-room apartment is located on the ground floor or on the first floor. Kids can have fun in the shared garden, while you take a swim in the pool. Barbecue facility is also there so that you can cook grilled meals. Parking is on-site. The air conditioned (and heated) living cum dining room is perfect to lounge. Washing machine and tumble dryer (shared and paid) is also there for your convenience. A second parking space is available for a fee and upon request. The nearest public transport is just 500 m away, for easy connectivity. Attention: only small dogs are accepted (height not exceeding 40 cm, measured at the withers). The owner reserves the right to charge transgressors for the cleaning of the property or even to refuse their stay.
