A separate penthouse apartment with a large terrace with stunning panoramic view of Lake Maggiore. Panoramica is located in the pretty little mountain town Oggebbio. The terrace is decorated with wooden garden furniture, 2 sun beds and a large Weber Grill. The terrace is also furnished with a pergola. The apartment includes two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a combined kitchen, dining and living room with sofa bed. The apartment is fully furnished incl. satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine and designed for 6 people. The apartment is part of a newly built (2005) Residenze complex, called Il Vigneto (vineyard). There are a total of 23 houses built in 5 separate buildings. There are communal pool and children's pool and sun terrace with fantastic view of the lake. Il Vigneto is located in the small town of Oggebbio, ca. 1.5 km drive up the mountain. It is a very quiet and peaceful area. -- The Residence is a panoramic residence upon the green hills overlooking Lake Maggiore. It’s a family friendly place for everybody who loves relaxing in the surroundings of nature with an exceptional view on the lake. A nice swimming pool and solarium are available to the guests and children. The panoramic apartment has two very spacious terrace with stunning lake view, outdoor table, deck chairs. This hillside residence is constructed on a number of levels with a glass elevator offering great views over the lake while you are carried to and from your floor. However, the elevator has been known to occasionally malfunction so be prepared to walk up a few stairs in the event of this happening! For this reason, we recommend that the residence is not suited for people with walking difficulties. The residence is situated nearby the small village of Oggebbio and the charming town Cannero Riviera with many shops, bars and restaurants. From here you can hop on a boat and explore the beautiful lake, its beaches, islands and surroundings in Italy and Switzerland. Many watersport acitivities are offered nearby as well as great opportunities for mountain biking or trekking in the nearby mountain valleys Note: The residence is situated on a hill accessible by a narrow and winding road. Please note that it’s not so easy reachable driving up there the first few times, the resultant magnificent view over Lake Maggiore more than makes up for the high climb. It’s located almost 2 km from the lake and from the nearest facilities (supermarket, restaurants,…) so a car is necessary.

Guten Tag, leider habe ich keine andere Möglichkeit um mit Ihnen in Kontakt zu treten, als eine Rezession zu schreiben. Wir haben gebucht, mussten wegen Corona stornieren und nun warten wir auf die uns zustehende Rückzahlung in Höhe von 432 Euro. Belvilla behauptet nun keine Kontodaten zu haben und damit die Rücküberweisung nicht veranlassen zu können. Also haben wir erneut die Kontodaten zu gesendet und nun wird wieder behauptet, ohne Kontodaten wäre keine Rücküberweisung möglich. Wir befinden uns nun in einer Endlosschleife und gehen von Betrug aus.

Zeer aangenaam. De weg er naar toe is ietsjes moeilijk. Alles is hier goed voorzien voor 4 personen, Voor 6 is het mijn inziens een beetje te klein, maar het kan. Enige minpuntje voor sommige mensen zijn de matrassen. Dit zijn minder van kwaliteit voor mensen die niet makkelijk slapen. Algemeen zeker een aanrader.

Een geweldige vakantiewoning. Zeer ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. De weg er naar toe is smal en kronkelig, maar went snel. De lift werkt prima, daarna nog ca 15 treden omhoog. Niet geschikt voor slecht ter been zijnde mensen. Het uitzicht en terras (75m2) zijn echt geweldig. Supermarkt en winkels op 10 km afstand. Weinig te beleven in de buurt. Maar voor je rust ideaal !

Prima accommodatie! Je moet er wel even een smal slingerweggetje omhoog voor nemen maar dan heb je wel een leuke locatie met heel mooi uitzicht in dit appartement. Prettig dat er een zwembad is, was begin mei nog erg koud maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Als je in het bovenste appartement zit, is de lift wel een must! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien (tv, dvd-speler, map met info, wasmachine, voldoende kastruimte en zeer goed uitgeruste keuken). Bezoek zeker de 3 Borrome-ische eilandjes, de plaatsjes Stresa en Cannobio. Ook mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. Dagje Milaan vanuit hier ook prima te doen. Parkeren kan op een P+R (Molino Dorino of Bisceglie) en dan met de metro naar het centrum. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad met onze dochters van 15 en 13 jaar.

Een huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, met een prachtig terras en een fantastische uitzicht. Door de ligging helemaal bovenaan lig je gevoelsmatig redelijk vrij. Perfect voor 4 personen, 6 lijkt ons wat krap. De weg de berg op vanaf het meer is even wennen, maar goed te doen!

Prachtige omgeving, heerlijk helder water, prachtig huisje. Helaas moet je alles met de auto doen. Stijle smalle wegen omhoog soms een beetje eng met een tegenligger. Weinig te doen voor jonge mensen.

Pannoramica was een zeer mooi en ruim appartement met een groot terras en schitterend uitzicht. Hebben hier een week gezeten met onze zoon van 13 en de hond. Alles was aanwezig behalve een goed koffiezetapparaat. Met de lift kom je tot de 3e etage en vandaar moet je nog ongeveer 20 treden naar boven lopen. Zwembad is niet groot maar wel voldoende. Hadden graag volgend jaar terug gekomen maar helaas was de zomervakantie al vol geboekt.
