Welcome to the green heart of Umbria! This cozy apartment (ground floor) is part of a beautifully restored 12th-century building. Take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool. This place is ideal for a family vacation.

Grocery shops and bakery are all within walking distance; only 200 meters away! The holiday home is located between the two main attractions of this province: Perugia (13 km) and lake Trasimeno (20 km). Both are must-visit! Perugia is a lively student town where you can spend many hours in cafés and shopping streets. Lake Trasimeno offers many possibilities. A visit to the religious town Assisi (30 km) to see a big colonnade and the famous St. Francis basilica, beautifully restored after the 1997 earthquake is a must.

Hit a ball on the tennis court. The amenities of this holiday home will ensure a really fun vacation, both inside and outdoors! Close the day with a barbecue meal in the well-furnished shared garden.

Beautiful location and building overlooking the mountains and mountain village. With nice large swimming pool, private terrace with shade. Inside a bit minimalistic but fine. Nice People to. Located on the edge of an old village with a nice restaurant. There is a supermarket on the other side of the village.

Wat een fantastische locatie ! Prachtige appartementen in een perfect gerestaureerd twaalfde eeuws voormalig klooster. heel rustige locatie, maar toch maar een paar minuten verwijderd van de uitvalswegen. veel privacy, en het zwembad leek meer op een prive zwembad. goede supermarkt en bakker zijn aanwezig in het kleine dorpje. kortom een superplek ! zeer vriendelijke eigenares. ook 's avonds nog even een duik nemen was geen enkel probleem. dikke aanrader !

Prima accomodatie en mooi gelegen met prachtig uitzicht. Jammer dat een vaatwasser ontbrak. Mooi groot zwembad.
