Siena is close by and a visit to the Piazza del Campo and the cathedral is definitely worth it. The Paleo of Siena, a horse race in the city, is also world-famous and is held twice a year. The farm is also close to the famous Spa Rapolano Terme. The house is atmospheric and comfortably furnished and is fully equipped. Yes, it was very good - lovely clean pool and relaxing setting. <br/>A teapot, pans with handles, butter knives and a decent bread/cutting knife would have been good as would some shade on the patio and another comfy chair or two.
