The city of Arezzo is small but rich in history. Inhabited since Etruscan times, it has experienced the siege of the Romans and was a thriving cultural city. Among the most famous people who have lived in Arezzo we find Guido Monaco Arezzo (inventor of modern musical notation), Giorgio Vasari 1511-1574 painter and architect and historian of Italian art, Cimabue 1240-1302 Painter of which you can admire the crucifix in the Church of St. Dominic. Wunderschönes Haus und sehr stimmige Einrichtung aus massivem warmen Holz. Mitten in der Natur, zwischen Olivenbäumen, Pinien und Zitronen. Alles nötige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden sehr sauber. Angenehmer Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit und hundefreundlich.

Heerlijke plek in het mooie Toscane. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks dat het huis vlakbij de eigenaar ligt, heb je hier geen last van . De bewoners zijn aardig en het contactpersoon Maurilio is bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam. Hij spreekt goed Engels. En is zeer behulpzaam.

Ondanks de muggen, en dat is wel een dingetje, is dit een fantastische plek. Het huisje is prachtig - gemaakt van mooi en degelijk materiaal, de inboedel is tiptop, ruime slaapkamer, mooie douche, en bovenal is de eigenaar, en zijn familie, bijzonder aardig. We zijn hier tot rust gekomen en van plan om volgend jaar terug te komen.

Super lieve mensen Hartelijk welkom Mooi huisje( schoon netjes )mooie omgeving. Heerlijke dingen van oma gekregen Zoals broodsalada olijf olie courgettes. Onze kinderen mochten eitjes rapen met oma in het kippenhok. 1 nadeel....erg veel muggen die ons lekker vonden.

Prachtige omgeving, vriendelijk ontvangst met een hartelijke familie die gezegend zijn met een mooi landgoed. Eerste dag een zelfgebakken taart gekregen en 2e dag tomaten uit hun tuin. Bekende culturele steden zijn redelijk in de buurt als je voorzien bent van een auto. Maar ook met de trein kun je prima reizen. Er zijn ook een aantal mindere punten: 1. Het stikt er in de tuin van de tijgermuggen. Het zou fijn zijn als we daarover van tevoren waren ingelicht gezien mijn zwangerschap. 2. Als je gesteld bent op veel privacy, dan is deze woning niet geschikt. Woning bevindt zich op terrein van de eigenaar waardoor er veel activiteit rondom de vakantiewoning is van de bewoners en huisdieren. 3. Woning is niet voorzien van een wasmachine, maar gelukkig zijn er in Arezzo genoeg wasserette's.

Het was een prachtige ervaring, zalig mensen, schitterend ontvangen.. er was 1 min puntje.. het weer.. maar daar heeft niemand geen schuld aan. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaars zal ik nooit vergeten, ook de accomodatie was perfect.. bloemen op tafel, water in de koelkast, vers fruit.. af en toe kregen we eitjes, kersen, taart.. eigen olijf olie. nog nooit meegemaakt.. en Dora, de huismascotte. zalig hond, die onze Mira wat meer hond liet zijn.. 1000 x bedankt voor alles.. we komen zeker terug..

Warm welkom door Engels sprekende eigenaar. Vers fruit op de fruitschaal. Evenals flessen water in de koelkast. 's Avonds werden we verrast door de nonna met pasta carbonara. De volgende dag een huisgemaakte appeltaart met limoncello. Weer een dag later kregen we oliebollen met olijven. Heerlijk! Deze eigenaar doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Als extraatje ontvingen we een fles biologische olijfolie van eigen bedrijf. Deze locatie is een aanrader

Bij aankomst na een lange warme rit naar de villa in Tregozanno werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door de beheerder Maurillio, met een welkomst verfrissing in de koelkast. De villa ligt op een heuvel op het erf van de de beheerders woning met prachtige vergezichten rondom, nabij de mooie oude stad Arezzo. De Villa is geschikt voor kleine gezinnen, of stellen, huisdieren toegestaan, en heeft alle denkbare faciliteiten, ruime tuin en een veranda met ruime tafel om buiten te kunnen eten. De villa is goed geïsoleerd tegen hoge temperaturen en indien nodig kan gekoeld worden met de aanwezige airco. Voor verkoeling is er een leuk zwembad gelegen aan de weg naar Arezzo en voor paarden liefhebbers zijn er mogelijkheden om in de omgeving buitenritten te maken en te genieten van de natuur en vergezichten in de buurt van Salutio.

Geweldig huis op het terrein van de eigenaar. Super mooie locatie tussen de olijfbomen, met een geweldig uitzicht. De ontvangst was buitengewoon hartelijk.

Mooie vakantiewoning. De Eigenaar woont op 30 m. afstand (t.o. de vakantiewoning) Eigenaar spreekt verschillende talen is vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam.

Hartelijke ontvangst door Maurilio. Prachtig recent gerenoveerd huisje waar al koele drankjes in de koelkast stonden en een gevulde fruitschaal. Lekker koel huis (airco niet gebruikt). We hebben genoten van de rust, omgeving en de gastvrijheid van de verhuurders. Dit huisje is een echte aanrader! Wanneer de hottub is geïnstalleerd komen we nog een keertje terug.

Bij aankomst troffen we een zeer vriendelijk en goed engels sprekende gastheer (Maurilio). In het huisje stond een grote schaal met overheerlijk fruit, de airco was alvast aangezet en in de koelkast stond koud water, bier en watermeloen. Alles was bijzonder schoon en netjes. Hoe welkom kan je je voelen? De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Het huisje staat midden tussen de olijvenbomen en een kleine wijngaard.
