In the villa there are four apartments. This beautiful and well-appointed apartment is located on the ground floor. From the garden you enter directly into the pleasant large kitchen with pine dining area. The kitchen is well-appointed and equipped with all amenities. You will have your own terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning in the shade of the pine trees and stay outside until the early hours in the evening. And after a day at the beach you can rinse off the sand under the warm outdoor shower in the garden.
This apartment is not only an ideal base for a beach holiday, but also for discovering the beautiful region. You will find shops and charming restaurants 200 meters from the apartment, in Marina Castagneto Carducci and in Donoratico, 2 kilometers away. The Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto are also worth a visit.

Bij aankomst sleuteladres vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Na het papierwerk werden we begeleidt naar het huisje en werd er een korte rondeleiding/uitleg gegeven. Alles goed geregeld. Prima vakantie gehad in een mooie bosrijke omgeving en toch lekker dicht bij het strand. Ook toegang tot een prive stukje strand in de duinen met parkeergelegenheid, toilet en water voorziening. In het dorpje zelf is weinig te doen maar met de auto voor de deur is dat ook geen probleem, veel leuke dorpjes en steden in de buurt.

Vriendelijk onthaald en informatie gekregen. Mooi, groot en praktisch appartement in een mooie bosrijke omgeving dichtbij de zee. Voorzien van alle comfort. Minpunt minder geschikt om te huren in de winterperiode. Niet echt warm te krijgen ondanks de CV, gelukkig is er wel een open haard.
