From the balcony, where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, you have a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. Enjoy the setting sun here in the evening and stay outside until the early hours of the morning.

For a day of sun, sea and sand, all you have to do is take the elevator down! This studio is not only a perfect base for a beach holiday, but also for exploring the wonderful area. Shops and cozy restaurants can be found 200 meters from the studio in Marina Castagneto Carducci and in Doratico, 2 kilometers away. The Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto are also easily accessible and certainly worth a visit. Or spend a day in the owner's botanical garden, set in the dunes right by the beach and open exclusively to guests.
