This beautiful holiday home with shared pool is located in a villa from the 1960s in a hilly area near Sassetta at 500 meters above sea level.

There are three apartments in the villa. This apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all amenities. The cozy eat-in kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare a delicious Tuscan meal here. Enjoy the sun and a good book outside, or take a refreshing dip in the pool that you share with the other guests.

Shops and a restaurant can be found in Sassetta, one kilometer away. For a day of sun, sea and sand, drive to Marina Castagneto Carducci, 12 kilometers away. There is also an exceptional botanical garden that belongs to the owner. This garden is only accessible to guests and is definitely worth a visit. A visit to the magnificent cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto is also recommended.

Vriendelijk onthaald en informatie gekregen. Mooi, groot en praktisch appartement in een mooie bosrijke omgeving dichtbij de zee. Voorzien van alle comfort. Minpunt minder geschikt om te huren in de winterperiode. Niet echt warm te krijgen ondanks de CV, gelukkig is er wel een open haard.
