I want to make a complaint, but the system does not allow me to do so. Well, I bought an offer described as a ground floor apartment with a (private) terrace. I received an apartment on the first floor without a terrace. The host did not have another apartment and said it was a hotel and you just get some free apartment now. Why are you selling a different product than what is described at the time.....
