Lovely flat located on the second floor of a beautiful villa situated modern in the small village of Belvedere Fogliense. The flat is furnished in a modern style in white and red tones and has a terrace with a shading curtain. The entrance leads both to the living area, with a living room equipped with a sofa bed and a dining table, and to the kitchen with a small breakfast counter. In the separate sleeping area there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The balcony guarantees perfect privacy and is equipped with outdoor table and chairs, sofas and a barbecue.
The spacious enclosed garden is perfect for relaxing or letting the children play together. The swimming pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers, chairs and parasol reserved for the flat.
The property is located in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ...
About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. On a cultural level, Urbino (17 km) and Pesaro (23 km) are worth a visit, with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches.
A cot and high chair can be requested free of charge.
Outdoor parking is available along the road.
Public transport is about 3 km away in Mondaino or 8 km away in Montecchio.

Sehr schöne Villa. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, modern eingerichtet und schön. Großer Pool, sauber, jede Familie hat genügend Liegen und Einen Schirm. Das einzige Manko, ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, etwas zu fahren zum Einkaufen. Zum ausruhen aber super.

We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Er stonden drankjes klaar in de koelkast, de eigenaresse has zelfs tirumisu voor ons gemaakt. Er was uitgebreide informatie over de omgeving aanwezig. De accomodatie was fantastisch het zwembad was geweldig. In de badkamer was wel een onaagename geur (putlucht), waarschijnlijk het gevolg van een tekort aan water in het gebied (droge winter, voorjaar en zomer). De wifi was benedenmaats. Echter met onze abonnementen konden we gebruik maken van het mobiele netwerk. Desalniettemin hebben we genoten van de vakantie en ons verblijf. Het was een goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan steden als Urbino, Pesaro, Rimini en San Marino,de grotten van Frasassi. Er zijn fantastische restaurants in de omgeving waar je voor een redelijke prijs zeer goed kunt eten.
