This charming stone villa with pool is located in a small hamlet near Cagli. It is ideal for getting together with friends and families who want to spend their holidays together in quiet and peace. On request it is possible to add an extra bed. On the first floor there are two twin apartments: living room-kitchen with single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a porch equipped for outdoor dining and a lovely pergola with wooden tables and benches. A well-kept garden and a swimming pool with Roman steps can be used. A room of the structure is for reserved for exclusive use of owner.
