De tuin is heerlijk maar het huis moet echt nog verhuurklaar worden gemaakt. Er is nog veel rommel en persoonlijke bezittingen aanwezig. Daarnaast is de douche op de begane grond ronduit gevaarlijk en daardoor niet te gebruiken.
