The farmhouse is located just 1 km from the center of Stabbia. It is a strategic point for many trips and excursions in this area rich in cultural attractions and various activities. In the vicinity there is also Cerreto Guidi, with the prestigious Villa Medicea, which is certainly worth a visit. 50 km away there is Pisa where, in addition to visiting the tower, you can spend a nice day at the sea. A few kilometers away there are Monsummano Terme and the Grotta Giusti, the perfect destination if you want to spend a day
