Surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, the 7 apartments in total are blessed with a nice location in Marsciano. This apartment is ideal for couples or families and a small pet is also very welcome (on request). Close to the house is the cute village of Papiano, on top of a hill, with a beautiful old church in the medieval center. Papiano is also a pleasant base for exploring the rest of Umbria. Visit Assisi (45 km), Lake Trasimeno (25 km) or Todi (30 km). For the children, the amusement park "La Città della Domenica" is on the program (35 km). But above all, alternate the rest and relaxation with a visit to Perugia (20 km), a student city with international allure and also the most important art city in Central Italy. The apartment has its own covered terrace with sufficient privacy. A short distance from the houses is the communal swimming pool, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas.
