Pretty and playful, this is a 2-bedroom villa in Marsciano, not far from Perugia. It has an extremely well-kept garden and a swimming pool to spend a relaxed holiday. The pool is shared with the owner and the villa is ideal for a small family or group of 4 friends.

Marsciano is a charming, busy little Umbrian town, popular for its wine. The town center of Marsciano, with the supermarkets and the restaurants, rests at 900 m. You can be here in the evenings to enjoy the streetscape. For a pleasant day-out, you can visit Lake Trasimeno at 28 km. An excursion to Perugia at 28 km is highly recommended.

You can wash up in the outside shower after swimming a few laps. You can relax, enjoy a refreshing drink, or read a good book. The garden invites you to play ball games and have lazy walks at night. There are two parking slots available.

Upstairs level from very beautiful villa in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the pleasant city centre of Marsciano. View at the hills of Umbria. Owners (father & daughter) live downstairs. Very nice people. Decor of the villa very tasteful. Swimming pool & area very good and exclusive (for your use only). Car parking inside the fence. Very good local restaurants and awesome cities like Perugia and Assisi nearby.

Die Gastgeber haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht ☺️ Sie waren sehr freundlich, haben sich immer zurückgezogen um uns nicht zu stören und es wurde dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Dadurch war eine der Annehmlichkeit, dass wir den Pool immer für uns hatten ?. Die Wohnung ist groß, gepflegt und wirklich toll eingerichtet. Der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns nicht viel mit Haushalt beschäftigen mussten. Gegen ein kleines Endgeld stand uns auch in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage zur Verfügung und dies war bei den Temperaturen auch notwendig und ist von uns zu empfehlen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und Nachts wundervoll beleuchtet. Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Italien und waren bisher in einigen Ferienhäusern und -wohnungen und wir können sagen, keine der Unterkünfte hatten uns so begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist von uns zu empfehlen.
