Description: This villa is an elegant property located in Trappeto, a lovely seaside town overlooking the charming Castellammare’s Gulf.
The villa extends over one floor. You enter the living area consisting of a large and bright living room, modernly furnished and overlooking the terrace and the private pool. The living area comprises a fully equipped and cheerful kitchen.
The sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms: three double bedroom and one with two single beds. Three of them have private bathrooms with shower. A common bathroom with shower is at guests’ disposal. All the rooms are equipped with AC.
The outdoors, adorned with a tended garden and Typical Mediterranean plants, consist of a solarium area with private pool, barbecue and outdoor shower.
A large veranda, facing the pool, is the ideal spot for nice and tasty en plein air meals and for enjoying a stunning view of the sorrounding countryside.
The house is only one km away from the beach and the city centre and about 30 km from Palermo.
If guests do not properly separate the garbage and do not take it to the ecological oasis near the villa, they will pay a penalty of €50.00 on site. Layout:

Tips Owner: Don't forget to discover the surroundings. Castellammare is a fishermen village not far away. For stunning nature, you take the ferry in Trapani which will take you to Favignana, an island which seems like paradise. Visit also overwhelming Palermo with its different cultures. Besides these places there are temples to see in Segesta, the national parc of San Vito Lo Capo is full of beautiful naturee and Trapani itself is worth a visit.
