The beach of Marina di Alliste is a low cliff suitable for bathing. The low water level allows even children to bathe safely.
The first sandy beaches are in Mancaversa, a couple of minutes away by car.
About 5 minutes by car from the house is the Punta Pizzo nature reserve with its Caribbean beach, where the Gallipoli bay begins.
After the nature reserve there is then the green bay beach, with sunbeds, bars, beach volleyball courts, etc.
To the south instead, about 10 minutes by car, there is the beach of Torre San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento, and further on Pesculuse etc. (12 km of sandy beaches).
