Tremosine is a group of 18 villages in the middle of the Alto Garda Bresciano Natural Park. Mediterranean gardens on the shore draw attention, while the views of the lake from higher up are quite breathtaking, with the mountain dropping almost 400 meters to the shore at the cliffs of the Tremosine plateau. Since January 2009, Tremosine has officially belonged to the Club of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, a label awarded by the Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI). There are many restaurants around Tremosine that will spoil you with the typical delicacies of the region.
