You will find relaxation and tranquility in this beautiful holiday home. It is just outside the village of Francavilla di Sicilia and offers you a lot of comfort on 50 square meters. From the terrace you have a spectacular view of Mount Etna and the natural park. Refresh yourself in the spacious private pool and then relax on one of the loungers. The lovingly tended garden invites you to spend cozy hours after sunset. The house is a wonderful starting point for trekking and hiking tours along the Alcantara river and through the Parco Fluviale dell"Alcantara nature reserve. Nevertheless, it is better to take one of the off-road buses through the breathtaking lava landscape instead of exploring the area on your own. Bus tours start at the tourist center Rifugio Etna-Nord. There is also a cable car at the Etna-Sud station and some Chairlifts Hikes to the summit are accompanied by specially trained mountain guidesMobility : Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Great garden and a nice swimming pool. The house is nice and practical. The the quality of the beds however is not so good. The matress is too hard (especially if you have sensitive joints) and too short (if you are longer than 1.8m). The base of one of the beds is wobbly. The surrounding of the house is very nice. Well recommended.

Fantastic house with pool and all inventory that is needed for the perfect holliday . Scenery is simply amazing with view to etna. Stefano and his father provide answers to every question you might have.

Als je wilt onthaasten en relaxen zit je hier perfect. Qua locatie dichtbij diverse dorpjes met erg goede restaurants, mooie pleintjes en gezellige winkeltjes en bakkertjes. Maar het hoogtepunt is wel de tuin. Een prachtig aangelegde tuin, met wijngaard, met een heel fijn zwembad en fantastisch uitzicht op de Etna. De gehele afwerking is subliem. Hier kun je ultiem ontspannen. En onze host Stefano was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, met praktische tips en erg flexibel bij onze aankomst. Neem een boekje en een spelletje mee, er is wifi maar niet zoals je misschien gewend bent. Uiteindelijk was dat voor ons een pluspunt want je wordt gedwongen te ontspannen. Wij waren erg verrast door het huis en de omgeving en willen iedereen deze oase van rust warm aanbevelen.
