Remarks:
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms. In the period from 01.07.-30.09. it is not allowed to cross over to the island by car. However, cars and scooters can be rented on the island. Air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a ceiling fan.
