Accommodating 4 to 8 guests, they are decorated in local style and are 300 to 2000 meters from the beach. Only Type D has a shared outdoor pool; other guests can access a pool 800 meters away (for a fee).

Located on Sardinia's northern coast between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, Costa Paradiso features supermarkets, cafés, bars, an on-call doctor, a seasonal pharmacy, and an ATM. For larger shopping needs, Badesi is 20 kilometers away.
