The residential units are on the ground floor or 1st floor - either in the main building in the pool area or in some dependencies outside the complex. Within a few minutes by car you can reach various wonderful sandy beaches, such as the beach of Porto Ainu, the marina of Posada with its spectacular pine forest, the marina of Budoni and the oasis of Bidderosa on the Sardinian east coast. The use of a car is recommended. The residence is about 1.5 km from Baia Sant"Anna and just 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia.
