Date of stay: July 2022 - August 2022De omgeving en het park is prachtig, het zwembad (met badmuts) en het restaurant zijn ook erg mooi. Tot dusver geen problemen. Maar, de appartementen zelf zijn ronduit slecht. Het is hartje zomer, er is geen airco in het appartement, ieder appartement-terras is omgeven door muurtjes (dus geen wind) en rode bakstenen zodat het ernorm heet wordt. Het hotel van dit complex heeft wel airco en de receptie geeft aan deze klachten iedere week te ontvangen maar dat er niks aan gedaan wordt door de eigenaar. De aankleding in het appartement is zeer minimaal, geen aandacht voor en dat snap ik want je kan er niet koken zo heet wordt het in de zomer. Het koelt namelijk niet af in de avond, en door de rode bakstenen en muurtjes blijft de hitte hangen in het appartement. Verder, veel zaken ontbreken in het huis en in de keuken terwijl de buren dit weer wel hebben. Douche cabine is zo klein dat je geen kant op kan. Kortom slecht, met name geen airco hebben is niet te doen, ook in het voor- en najaar niet. Vanaf medio mei is het meer dan 30 graden op Elba, zo vertelde een bewoner. Ik ben heel benieuwd wat Belvilla hier aan gaat doen en ik ontvang graag de feedback, en zie mijn review graag terug!
