Small holiday village in a well-kept and attractive green area. The pool area with a separate children's pool is protected by a green hedge so that the very young guests cannot accidentally fall into the water. The terraced houses and apartments are in a quiet location and are furnished in a charming Venetian style. This is what your holiday resort offers: 45 residential units, WiFi only in the pool area Activities: Shared outdoor pool 200 sqm (open from the end of May to mid-September, pool is closed at lunchtime, depending on the weather). Children's pool 20 sqm. WIFI at the pool included. Activities nearby: On the approx. 8-10 km long and wide sandy beach, a wide-ranging animation program is offered free of charge for 3 hours every morning and afternoon. This appeals to children, teenagers and adults. It is also possible to undertake water sports of all kinds (for a fee). For example, rent a pedal boat, surfboard or even a sailing boat. There are also fields for beach volleyball, football, tennis and boccia on the wide beach To be paid on site if desired (if necessary, advance reservation is mandatory): 1 beach package (=1 parasol + 1 deck chair + 1 lounger bed; from May 11th to September 22nd, 2024) approx. € 67.00 per week. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. (Youth) groups only on request. Bring your own towels. If you are bringing a dog, the vaccination certificate must be presented upon arrival. Final cleaning by the guest. Pool is closed at around lunchtime. Opening depending on weather conditions. WIFI only in the pool area.

The appartment was not clean when we entered it (floor dirty, hairs on the beds).<br/>Also the doors of the livingroom cabinet where broken and the coach was also broken.<br/><br/>This was al repaired and cleaned after a phone call to the local rental office.<br/><br/>During our stay all the other guests claimed the dekchairs at the swimming pool, so none where availeble when we went swimming. And off course most of them.....
