Het park was over het algemeen keurig onderhouden maar het huisje helemaal niet. Dat het een oud huisje was wisten we van tevoren en vonden we geen probleem. Maar helaas was het ook erg smerig en slecht onderhouden. Onder het bed lag veel stof, eettafel en vloer waren goor, schimmel in de percolator en zelfs tussen de pannen in de keukenkastjes zat spinrag. Vermoedelijk waren wij de eerste die het huisje gebruikten sinds lange tijd. Het park zelf vonden we, zoals eerder aangegeven, keurig onderhouden. Ook de zwembaden waren prima en het personeel van I Cancelli vonden we erg vriendelijk een behulpzaam. Echter, het restaurant, wat qua beheer los staat van het park, is matig. Het eten was best ok maar de manager was zeer onbeschoft en onprofessioneel. De rekening klopte vaak niet of ze probeerde je 2 x voor hetzelfde te laten betalen. Dit overkwam een behoorlijk aantal gasten. Afgezien van die paar negatieve punten hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De omgeving is prachtig en er zijn legio goeie eetgelegenheden in de buurt (als je met de auto bent dan).
