From the living room you go out onto the large private terrace with breathtaking lake view, equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The apartment, with air conditioning in every room, continues with the sleeping area: the bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe; the furnishings of this apartment are completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

Guests can conveniently park 1 car in the private garage inside the residence and 1 additional car in the common areas of the "I Mosaici" complex.

The residence's swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.

With a small additional charge, possibility of providing a cot and high chair for children.

I Mosaici has a beautiful swimming pool with an adult area and an area for children at a shallow depth, as well as a large common green area, from the pool, through the gate you can access the lake, the lakeside walk, the small harbor.
